In accordance with the article 13 of the Regulation of the Eurpean Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (...) the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków University informs as follows:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University in Kraków, ul. Gustawa Herlinga-Grudzińskiego 1, 30-705 Kraków. 2. The University has appointed the Inspector of Data Protection, whom you can contact should you have any queries or comments regarding the processing of your personal data, at ul. Gustawa Herlinga-Grudzińskiego 1 in Kraków or by e-mail at iodo@afm.edu.pl. 3. Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct the university admissions process and in the event of the admission to the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków Univeristy in order to document the studies. 4. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the article 6, paragraph 1 (a), (c) and the article 9, paragraph 2 (a) of GDPR. 5. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but the refusal to provide it renders the participation in the university admissions and qualification process impossible. The recipients of your personal data may be third parties that provide services for the university regarding IT infrastructure, including delivery of the elements of the IT infrastructure. 6. Your personal data will be stored throughout the admissions process, and in the event of your admission to the university your personal data will be stored throughout the period of your studies and the period of archiving resulting from legal regulations (50 years) in accordance with the Law on Higher Education and Science and the Regulation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of 27 September 2018 on studies. In the event of not being qualified, or the refusal to be admitted to the university, your personal data will be stored for the period of 6 months, from the day of the termination of the university admissions process or until the end of the legally valid appeal proceeding (explanatory). 7. You are entitled to access your personal data and you have the right to correct it, delete it , limit its processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, to withdraw your consent an any moment without any consequence to the legality of the processing conducted on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal; the withdrawal of consent for processing of personal data can be sent to this email address: iodo@afm.edu.pl or by traditional mail to the following address: ul. Gustawa Herlinga-Grudzińskiego 1, 30-705 Kraków. 8. You are entitled to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office should you find that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. 9. Provided data will not be processed in an automated way and will not be profiled and will not be transmitted to a third country or an international organisation.
